  • Saw that before, but it only gives the option to check if it's on mobile. Not if it's Android or iOS. Sounds like you found a way through this plugin? How did you achieve it?

  • Thanks for the tip! I'll take a look to see if that's the case, but some of the simple localstorage straight to variable should be pretty fast, but it's popping in 5 seconds later. Works right a way on Desktop, but maybe because desktops are way faster than mobile.

  • Anyone else having slightly different versions from Preview than APK - specifically some events not triggering on time. For example, on Preview, the selected character appears fine. However, on the APK version, the character shows the default character, but then a few seconds later, the selected character shows. Very strange.

  • Which ad providers are you using? Mine are set to: "Commonly used set of ad technology providers". Maybe I should hand pick the 12 under "Select ad technology providers". However, all my other apps are close to 100%, but are only affected if they are pulling in interstitials.

    Thanks so much for following up, and for your patience as we investigate! Our product specialists have been looking into this case, and have now followed up requesting a bit more ifnormation. Here is the latest reply I received: We noticed the ad unit's network requests were increasing at a similar time that match rate were decreasing.

    Can you follow-up with the publishers to confirm the following items:

    Did they make any changes to the app implementation in June-July 2018 that may have caused network requests to spike?

    Has the app's DAU increasing or decreasing starting from June 2018?

    Can they provide us with a Charles log?

    Once we receive the information listed above, we can further investigate this issue.

  • United states and South Africa are under 1%. Everything else is at 100% except Argentina which is at 36%.

  • What are your Admob Network Requests compared to your Matched Requests? In other words, what's your Match Rate?

    My Match Rate used to be close to 100%, but now it's barely at 1%. Can others share their Match Rates? I fear that I'm missing out on potential revenue due to low Match Rates.

  • tuzke Thanks! Correct. C3 runtime. I actually removed some plugins and opened up the file in C3. I had to rebuild some areas and reinsert mobileads, googleplay, etc...
