If you use the distance function then combine it with "switch Not outside layout" condition so the distance function only runs when switch is on screen, as it can be a cpu hog if doing it on lots of object (if you have lots of switches).

Hi, I'm interested in using this fx, but reading the c2 thread it appears it doesn't work when exported? Is this correct for c3?

Is there any way to make them orbit at a 45 degree angle. I tried rotating the layer but i need parallax on it which messes things up.

Hi,

I have unbound scrolling set on my game with scale outer.

What is the best way to set a background image? I have a bottom layer with 30% parallax, I thought the tile background object to save memory but i'm not sure how to position and resize it to always cover the layout.

Nicely done, I like the out of focus background. Very soothing, I only wonder if you can make the growing more smooth and look less like discrete objects?

Alpha Threshold shader could be applied to the individual segments to make them meld into one perhaps, and if you want it textured you could use "force own texture" and destination out to apply sprite image over it.

Hey this looks great.

Maybe have a second darker version of the objects behind the ones that can be destroyed so that it doesn't appear like the cut off top parts are floating in the air. Or maybe apply physics to them so they fall down?

Looks great, but i think the healthbar and things shaking with the screen is not so good imo.
