Hi! I think I will set game room size to bit smaller when I make next update. Other than that there is not much I can do since the quality of the gameplay is dependent on host players internet connection. This game is based on peer to peer connections and does not have a dedicated server to ensure smooth experience.
Cool to hear! I have made huge progress lately and it should not take too long to have a working demo for people to try out.
Hi! I haven`t decided on a name yet. I am very eager to show off my progress though and I am hoping to do so very soon. It would be great to get some feedback on it.
Game I a working on is a roguelite that draws heavy inspiration from Spelunky and Contra, and atmospherewise from Metroid.
Do you mean upload your own game to this site? If yes, then use this link construct.net/en/free-online-games/submit
Multiplayer development is very time consuming, time that sadly I don`t have right now. I am working on a new game and it takes most of my free time at the moment.
Thanks a lot! I am glad that you like it
Awesome ideas;) I may need to look into them. I am working on a new game so this one is on a backburner though.
Unbelievable set of tutorials! You sir, are amazing!
Yeah, game is based on peer to peer multiplayer infrastructure so it is highly dependable on Host player`s internet connection quality. I think max room size is set to 8 or 9 players so that takes quite a lot of bandwith. Maybe I`ll tune that down at some point.
Thanks for your input!
Thank you so much
Thanks a lot! Cool to see people enjoying my game
I´ll hop in once in a while, working on a new project that takes most of my free time. Hoping to release a demo for it soon.
Hello to Mayliene, MALACHI_XD & rest of the awesome people who played with me! Thanks for keeping this little game alive!
You can buy the template from Scirra Store at scirra.com/store/royalty-free-game-templates/multiplayer-shooter-template-2846
You can modify it as you like. You are free to do what you want with it as long as you don`t sell / redistribute the source code in any way or form.
Thanks!
