    An exported project is not a source project that can be opened in Construct, and it cannot be "opened back".

    Those are the basis to get some port and find out members who make addons and ports.

  • With the multiplayer plugin, using the message related actions.

    Your game area would be the host.

    Your clients would be the remote control.

    The remote control would send informations to the host, moving a specific instance around.

  • Consider posting your project's capx, as it is, it is simply a guessing game.

    Explain clear steps to reproduce the issue you are encountering and in what event sheet it is happening.

    Explain what you would expect your event sheet to do, what you experience it doing instead.

    With those informations, it will be easier to answer accurately your question about your project you are currently the only one knowing.

  • You missed the 96 ideas already being shipped, which means that they were considered, developed and implemented since the platform was put in place.

    You possibly missed the 76 which are duplicates or already existing ideas, yet were still proposed again.

    Ideas being voted on gets considered/developed when the team gets round to being in the correct time to implement those.

    Some features are already planned and in the works (follow Ashley on twitter, you'll see the prototype for a rework of functions he's working on).

    When such a major feature is in the works, other features/ideas aren't.

    It's a matter of timing mostly.

    To come back to the title of your topic, as mentioned, making assumptions about numbers without actual data to back them up does not make for a strong case.

    Trying to use opinions as facts often ends up in sterile discussions I'm afraid.

    If you have suggestions for new features or improvements in Construct 3, we have a feature suggestion platform here which lets everyone vote on their favourite ideas:

    Please look for existing ideas before submitting a new one. It's better to get all votes on the same idea than spreading it around.

    If you are not using the appropriate suggestion platform, your idea will be missed out and possibly not implemented.

    I would be really interested in the sources about the percentage of developers using the software you mention.

    You can take the time to learn how to use Construct and do it yourself.

    Or you can also check the template that exists in Construct 3 and see how it is done.

    Your gif is pretty dark, so it is hard to see what is going on.

    Consider providing your .c3p file so we can investigate it.

    Provide exact steps to reproduce the issue in your game.

  • Please provide a single file (.capx) of your project so we can check it out. Make sure it focuses on your issue and is not using third-part addons.

    Provide exact reproduction steps, what you expect your code to be doing, what you experience it happening and it will be easier for us to provide you with an accurate diagnosis and answer to your issue.

    Your video is too long, not enough to the point, more than a minute in I still don't know what exactly your issue is and what is the difference between what you experience and what you are actually exactly trying to do.

    On a forum write down those things, not a video and a screenshot, those cannot be investigated to provide you help.

    On your screenshot though, I see some issues. Do use sub-events.

    Have a top event "For each Visionblocker" and have the different events about having line of sight or not having it as sub-events of it. As well as your last few events.

    Same for "On start of layout", this will probably already straighten out things and possibly could fix your issue without requiring further help.
