Regarding learning Javascript, Google is probably more appropriate. There are literally thousands of sites teaching Javascript online. Learning Javascript is not particularly difficult - becoming proficient is another matter.

Without seeing either a .capx (preferable) or the Event sheet, it is just blind guesswork.

So I wanted to do a pac man maze and at first I thought to draw over one with a tilemap and then give the solid behavior to the walls but it's quite a pita since it's hard to keep the same proportions of the original. Then I found this tutorial for Unity where he adds multiple collision boxes on the same maze. How would you do it on C2?

You have posted in a 7 year old thread for software that was retired a long time ago, Construct Classic. CC doesn't create .capx - it creates a .cap which is in no way at all compatible with Construct 2 or Construct 3.

Was this your intention?

I don't know if I'm in the right place but there's no C3 bugs subsection.

Every time I open a project and test it, nothing works. I can just move with arrows, but variables are not moving when I click, text is not displaying what it's supposed to display... I've cut everything in the project with just "if Click somewhere, Destroy Sprite" and even this is not working. I restarted the project from scratch, it's worked until I've reset my PC.

What am I supposed to do?
