    Arrays are not fully shown in the debugger

    Description of Capx

    One array with few elements.

    Steps to Reproduce Bug

    • Debug layout
    • Watch Array data in Inspector.

    Observed Result

    Not all array elements are shown, some value are are cut off at the end.

    Expected Result

    To display array data properly.

  • or if you want to really confuse players just hide system cursor and replace it with sprite... and randomly move it around xD

  • DUTOIT what is happening with downloaded files after closing the game? are they stored somewhere on mobile or are they deleted and must be re downloaded next time you start the game?

    Currently on my S3 I have best results with chrome for android (which for my S3 shows hardware acceleration for canvas and webgl and actually is using webgl - all flags are default). Crosswalk on the other hand is still using only canvas (not sure if its accelerated or not) and that's the fun thing, why chrome for android have always support and use webgl on my phone, but crosswalk can't.

    We can only wait for Intel to do their stuff and fix blacklisting for crosswalk.

  • Chrome for Android and Crosswalk are two different things.

    Even if Chrome for Android will show full hardware acceleration for canvas2d and webgl,that does not mean you will get the same in Crosswalk.

  • edit: Please tell me by the way that Construct can create games the same quality as the Stencyl arcade. If it couldn't.. that'd be upsetting! Though it should, but just incase, I'd like some reassurance.

    Yes, There's plenty of beautiful games (even released on mobiles, steam..) made with C2... but not in the Arcade.

  • Arcade is shit, I have no idea why they keeping it here. It's disgraceful.

    Construct 2 performance is not bad, lazy people who thinks the software should do everything what they dream of with one button press says that kind of idiotic things.

    Construct 2 performance is bad if you don't know what you are doing and expects miracles to happen - by itself.

    Don't say I can't write if you don't even know how to use the pen.

    C2 is great and very flexible engine for probably every 2d game genre.

    You are talking about big games...like most new and ambitious people here, but did you take a few second to think what exactly "big game" means? What you expect from big games to be?

    I can easily suggest you to use Unity or UE but what for? To make big game? big games needs time, money and knowledge. Do you have them all to work on a big game in whatever engine you will choose?

    • Open
    • Set your preferred tabs order
    • Save and exit
    • Reopen project

    Observed Result

    Tabs are set to default (?) order.

    Expected Result

    Tabs should preserve their order, the way I set them up.

  • — You don't need to explain or show me how to do things like that. But what's the point of making my own sine behavior in event, just to have possibility to have control over period offset? It's like reinventing the wheel. It's not difficult, but it's time consuming. I would rather spend 5 mouse clicks to set behavior then 5 minutes to write my own.

    And for my initial questions of this post I'm going to attach an image. I want that what's on the left, now i only have what's on the right.

    That's why I've asked those three questions. If no one does not feel like to officially add this I will spare some of my free time and make my own behaviors. But first I need an answer from ASHLEY.
