How big is your project exactly? I can't remember what the limit is exactly, but it's probably a maximum of 200mb. You can always do local builds with the Cordova CLI which have no size limit.

If the browser itself crashes, that's usually a sign of a problem with the browser, graphics drivers, or system, not the web page.

Hmm, none of the mentioned errors are significant. It'll be difficult to help any further unless someone can identify a way to reproduce this.

There's no point doing that, because all those files are downloaded on startup already for the offline cache.

If this is related to this issue, the problem was the server had disabled caching. So the server was telling the browser to re-download the resource every time it was requested. If the resource is allowed to be cached, it won't be repeatedly requested.

getImagePointX/Y already returns a value in layout co-ordinates, so you should not add the object position to it.

It should work. It's hard to say more unless you provide more details, like a project file, or a full bug report.

"Get by UID" is specially coded for efficiency. It essentially does a single Map lookup, which I think typically works in constant time (O(1)). So it won't slow down even if you have thousands of objects.
