Take a look at the Simple keyboard movement scripting example.
It would mean implementing at least parts of a 3D engine, such as a depth buffer for correct rendering. We don't currently have plans to do that.
The Instant Games SDK used in Construct is currently v6.3, which appears to be the latest, so it seems it is already fully up-to-date.
You'll need to contact the addon developers to get them to make a couple of minor changes as described above.

Try using each addon one at a time in a new project.
If you export with minification enabled, it's combined in to the runtime code.

I tried reloading the preview 10 times - it works fine for me every time in r229.
For the record, in this comment on the filed issue I've tried to explain the complexity of the problem, how we sometimes have to make changes over time, and the difficulty in getting it to work in all cases. Hopefully it will work better in the next release.
Construct 2 is no longer available for sale and will be fully retired in July, as per the schedule in Sunsetting Construct 2 that we announced in February.
