Have you tried Safari 12? There are bugs in Safari 11 that prevent it being able to load the C3 runtime.
These addons are made by third-party developers, and it's up to them to support the new runtime.

This release will incorrectly prompt you about a new version when you load it. You can just ignore it and press "Not now" and use the release as normal. It should clear up at the next release.

That test is 100% hardware-limited. Maybe Chrome moved you to software rendering due to GPU drivers or something - you can check at chrome://gpu
It's impossible to comment from just this. Post a project for us to test and we can look in to it.
I'm afraid this will not be implemented for C2 or the C2 runtime in C3. It depends on the fact the entire C3 runtime has been fundamentally rewritten.
