Time-man has to make it to the uh... particles, with the help of himself. Present time-man can interact with the time-man in the past and essentially work together, as a duo. If you can really call it that. Your past partner has the same abilities- just like you can throw your past self, your past self can also throw you.

Instructions

Left - walk left

right - walk right

up - jump (or if you're being held, up to release)

A - pick up/throw

enter - travel back in time

R - reset
