Keep an eye out for new properties that go up in value. Sell the homes that are going down in value!
Some homes may spawn dropping in value, but they can rise in value in an instant, and vice versa.
Your final goal is to buy the huge mansion, and buy it in the shortest time possible. The value of the mansion will continually rise as you play, so make sure you do business as efficient and fast as possible!
