Press the left button to drop your body, and then the right button to push up. Do this repeatedly to score points. The player who does the most press-ups within 10 seconds wins! If it is a tie, e.g. player 2 catches up with player 1 due to player 1 having a little break from pressing buttons, then because player 1 reached the same score before the other player, player 1 would win. This will be highlighted by the colour green.
