Invasion is a school project. We were required to create a one level shoot them up game. I tried to differentiate invasion from the typical shoot them up by choosing an art style that resembles a comic book.
The player needs to eliminate 80 enemy ships in order to initiate the boss fight, that if successfully completed will lead to the end of the level.
