Couple of things, 1 put a bound to layer on the basket sprite so that it can't leave the layer, 2 make the basket a little faster, 3 make your own custom button, and last but not least make it so that you can stop like with the 8direction you can make it so it's only left and right and then the deceleration to like 10000 so that it doesn't slide
