  • Edit: It was just me being stupid, your solutions works great! I forgot to delete an action and that's why the 4th ball was created. You are awesome, thanks once again!

    alextro - First of all, a thousand thanks for helping me out. I really appreciate it :)

    Sinus & Cosinus is completely new to me. I did what you said without fully understanding what I was doing but it worked. I do have one problem though, there are 4 balls created. 3 of them work exactly like I want but there's a 4th ball being created. The 4th ball has an angle of 0 and I want to get rid of that one. Any suggestions? Thanks again :)

    I have a shooting thing on the ground that spawns an object (red ball in image) with the bullet behavior. The bullet fly up but I've added gravity to the bullet behavior so the object will eventually come down again. On it's way down, I want it to spawn a new object (green ball in image) 3 times but at 3 different angles.

    I know how to spawn an object and set the angle. I know how to spawn it 3 times. I don't know how to spawn it 3 times with 3 different angles. Do you?

  • I have now added more levels and the option to play with gamepad.

  • The game is no longer in development. The full game is now available for free on itch.io

    More levels, new mechanics, new music & sfx and a smoother camera.

  • The game is now up on the Scirra Arcade. I've also added a bunch of new stuff once again. There is now a Coin Star in each level you can collect, if you can find it. It's optional to collect it. You will get a P for Perfect if you complete a level without being hit once. More levels are now available as well.

    If you play the game then please let me know what you thought of it. Feedback is always valuable and much appreciated.

    There is a hidden coin you can collect in each level and I use an array to set the animation of the coin in the menu screen. If you have collected the coin in level 1 then I set X 0 to 1. Coin in level 2 I set X 1 to 1 and so on. There are 10 levels in each world and I want it to show, for example "You've collected 8 out of 10 coins". I have a sprite font and I want to set the text of the sprite font to the x value 0-9.

    You've collected "array x 0-9" out of 10 coins.

    I know how to do this for each x but not only for 0-9. I want this because in the menu of world 2 to I want to do the same but for x 10-19.

    I have an array with X 50, Y 1, Z 1 and I want to check the first 10 in X and then set a global variable to that. Can anyone help me with that? :)

    I have an enemy with an instance variable. If you kill the enemy, the enemy dies. However, if you kill the enemy and the instance variable is set to 1 for that specific enemy, I want it to spawn a coin when it dies.

    I've tried this:

    Player collide with enemy and instance variable is set to 1 - spawn coin.

    And I've also tried this:

    On enemy destroyed and instance variable is set to 1 - spawn coin.

    The problem is that when I do this, even the enemies with the instance variable set to 0 also spawns a coin when they die.

    What is the best way to make sure that only the one with the instance variable set to 1 will spawn a coin when destroyed/died?
