Apple is not going anywhere. Most open source is crap and there's no way it's going to kill an entire platform. I think you say this because you don't really understand why people like Apple products. And if you understood that, you would understand why Safari doesn't get updated as much.

Speaking of updates, my Ipad3 the won't get any.

    Yeah, Apples great.

  • Unfortunately iOS browser has a bit of catching up to do!

The feels like a hint of some features.

  • Gm originated in about y2k

    Construct about 2008.

  • Other than making the user have more than one touch engaged on Ios you can't.

  • Maybe try something smaller.

    A coin flip perhaps.

You can use it to decide what part of the forum to post in.

  • its exactly the same as the one we already have...

edit: and i just noticed that the lines between an event and a subevent are gone, many people have dyslexia (i do) and

it will be impossible to know wich subevent belongs to an event when you have a bunch of sub-sub-sub events on screen.

Yeah I like the idea of the lines, but they need to be better.

The way it is now in C2 you have to look pretty close to tell what's connected.

Just realized a bunch of new users asking how to make what ever is the newest fad game from their browser is troubling.

Before they had to download the editor, now they just click a link.

Make games on just about any modern device that work on just about any modern device in some form or fashion for 99 bucks a year.

How many people will sign up just for that?

My guess is way more than those that say they are leaving.

    Really Tom???????????????????????????????????????????????

Wow...rude...so your thinking is to ditch 80-90% of your former audience and build up on the rest? That's not just bad marketing...it's clearly lack of respect for your customers...

There's a reason I said users rather than customers.

  • There should be a few examples of the system z sort if you search the forum.

Nah, the fallout would have been far worse if they had waited to announce these exact features.

This way they don't have to worry about the users who wouldn't have paid for the new scheme anyways.

Now all they have to do is build up the value of C3, hence the trickle of information.

  • If you're worried about how it will work offline, think about how C2 handles previews when you are offline.

  • Guys we use Nwjs to make games, and it's browser based.

In fact Nwjs uses Chrome, and Node js.

    Think about it.....

  • 6 isn't likely to be changed as it would involve huge changes to the engine, including how things are rendered.

Workarounds would be as easy as adding a frame, or using some math for offset positioning.
