So I do all the work and you get 70%. Sweet deal!
meh, no one's gonna make the game for you.
Learn construct2, it's easy.
I really don't see how this is a problem related to C2. You tried to show a long string of text in a small container. It was going to cause issues, one way or another. Quite honestly, I feel it's quite intuitive.
You can always change the angle of gravity TKesse, you'd do this with the platform behaviour.
Your text field is too small. It's not a C2 bug.
That's how I fixed it
I also took out things that didn't seem necessary.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
It also depends on the type of camera and gameplay you want. What I'd do is simply try it out with placeholder graphics and see what feels good with the type of game you're making.
Without spending 25$ you mean? I don't see how anyone would profit from a deal with a company no one knows...
Next episode's guest is going to be ASHLEY. If you have any questions, let us know before this friday!
Looking cool. Definitely has a metroid vibe to it, even though it looks kinda clunky? It'd be cool to see it in action
I followed this tutorial to do an EXP bar in my own game, it might help you : https://www.scirra.com/tutorials/182/ma ... cy-lifebar
it's the same principle, you only use different variables.
Very elegant presentation and cool level design. I got through the first 18 levels (got to 19) and you managed to keep the gameplay somehow fresh. I think there is a lot of potential for more, although this is already a great game!
