Ok so I am an 11 year old who wants to make games but I am wondering if i'm legally aloud to (I have parent/guardian permission). For example, if I buy the startup business license is it payed monthly or yearly? Also say i do buy it when can I cancel it (if I cant afford anymore) and even with parental support am i allowed?

Please reply quick because my mum needs to know

It'a tank that could replace scorpion buddy (or other way) that shoot a big bullet that when hit a door will make it turned a bit. Bouncing bullet just give another gameplay possibility.

Im just confused on what the turning door means!
