How can I read and send json file on server remotely via qrcode?

He would like a qrcode reader that scans qrcodes which inside have json files are read shown some data on the screen and then sent back to his server. how can i do it? is it feasible? thank you very much

hello everyone. in my game i am trying to make an image scroll from top to bottom i set litetween with a -970 target and it works.

But i would like that upon reaching the -970 position it goes to another layout but this thing doesn't do it. why? can you help me. thanks.
