How do I to copy animation of sprite to other sprite?

I have diferent designes of soldiers, and i want to change for example: a sprites with animation "Franch"

with animation "British", the animations have the same structure (working, running, stopped, etc

with the same frames each), are the same, the different are only the boats, hats, weapons.

And I want change from France to British in the same sprite, but no making the two animation in the same sprite, due I have more than 10 different Forces.
