  • Many interesting thoughts and ideas around. I guess everybody has his own approach to the developing stages. For me I first get an idea of a game, start writing the game out on paper, sketching a long. And then I do everything the way I feel. Start drawing and animating my sprites, think about the coding and how I want to achieve certain tasks. So far I finished one game and now I am working on 2 at the same time..... a third is already written down and my little black book gets filled with ideas. The only thing I am short off is time

  • Funny lill' puzzle game. Think the graphics work fine in this game, wouldn;t change it.

  • Make the replay button on the keyboard, find it annoying to play with the keyboard and to restart the game go to the mouse. Use either the mouse for the entire game or the keyboard. And I second mrnannings post, more powerups. Maybe also some curves...just my thoughts.

  • An early sprite design for the new game I am working on. And as it already says in the picture, it's nothing gonne be like a flappy bird clone. The only thing they have in common is that they both have bird as characters, although most of the time the town pigeon is considered a flying rat

    Will keep more updates coming along the way I progress with the game...

  • You should have atleast 2 back up files made by construct automatically. You can open these through Construct...should be called filename.capx.autosave and filename.capx.backup1.

  • Hey very cool to share this capx file. Interesting to work through this. Just hope you can help me quick with the high score. I dont get it to work...even if I do a copy paste, it doesn't give the record. I followed 2 other tutorials, same deal. Looks so simple in your game, but cant seem to make it work. Help would be appreciated

    Mine is 9 seconds long, 25 frames a sec and runs smoothly. Just issues with the sound....

  • I managed to make a small intro movie into my game. Not that hard, just export your movie to plain png files. Now open a sprite, open animation window, import all the png files. Set speed to the images per second your movie was made on and you should have a working movie. I only have difficulty with aligning the sound online. But movie wise it's working. For the sound, you just export your movie to a wav file and next to the png's you have a good soundtrack to work with.
