  • A console/pc game can have the best graphics and music in the world but if the controls are too complex then I'll lose interest and never even get to see if the story is the best or not.

Times that by a factor of 10 for mobile games.

  • I don't currently have any games on Kong because, IMO, they don't really pay well. First, they pay around $1.50-$2 per 1000 plays, as I said above. Granted my game wasn't very good so it was only getting around 25 plays a day. Then you need to make at least $25 to receive a payout. Even at that point you have to wait a minimum of 2 months after reaching the minimum limit before they will release the payment to you. That means, in my case, about 11-12 months total before seeing any $ at all, and that's with the best case scenario of $2/1000. Then, when you do finally get paid (I never did), they and the payment processor take a fee from what you've earned. All in all, not a very good deal IMO. Granted, like I said, my game was only getting an average of 25 plays per day, so you can plug in your own numbers and see if you think it's worthwhile or not.

  • haha, nice :)

  • Joannesalfa's solution above works well for this.

  • Love the art. The real fun starts at level 10! At about level 16 or so I made it to a section that was impassible (the spikes were overlapping so there was no where to land in between them and the distance was too great to jump.

The top 10 board didn't seem to work for me, and there are some misspellings in the game.

I rated 4 stars as well. It's fun and the pencil art is wonderful, overall the game just needs some polishing up.

  • Maybe $1.50 - $2.00 or so per 1,000.

  • That's amazing.

  • Awesome. Seems like a success to me. Well done!

  • Cool game. You did a good job on the learning curve, IMO.

How are you fairing with the Leadbolt ads? I've heard both good and bad things about them but I haven't pulled the trigger and given them a shot yet.
