1. You can easily add a timer, when it goes down a certain of time, it sends out to change signals on your trees and it will grow.

2. This is very much like Facebook game, do you understand how they work between the server and the players screen? Because, to have the farms still playing when a player logs off, you need to have a server to be kept on for 24/7

I don't believe the streaming until I can see it, it will not be released with the Vita TV itself, it comes in a software update. Still love it being so small and you can play PS Vita Games on it. Makes it a good competitor against apple's Apple TV

I recommend using .json or .xml files as dialogue files. Maybe you could find a way to translate .xls files to .json files, and then load them in your game.

Thank you =) mine got weird when I had problem loading a file, telling me that certain objects didn't exist, even when they did. Played around in the event sheet .xml files and then I could only boot the program, but no UI was loaded

Write a Game Design document, google wikipedia for game design document and you find a good template, then come back here and I'm sure you can find some people who are interested in making your game

Tried searching around to find out if you could link a .doc (Word)or a .xls (Excel)to have dialogue imported from the documents. Easier to edit dialogue if it change

so...

create a document where the whole dialogue tree is included for the game and then you can make construct 2 shoot out for the dialogue
