they will teach you alot of the basics tetris is not a complex game you should be able to make it without much help aver going though both things i linked. I also recommend going though the templates included in Construct2 to get a better understanding of the event system

instead of having it be layout scale change it to layerscale and scale only the layers you want

ImagelessRocket yes that is your current Windows Size. make sure nothing is selected(click on blank space in layout view in unsure) then on the lefthand side(properties window) it says Project Properties click view. Under project setting there is a Windows Size setting change that to what you want that dotted line to be
