    I build my app with TaffyDB and it is great but packed apk for some reason is not storing data localy...

    Maybe i am doing it wrong? Maybe i need some extra cordova plugin or its not working on android?

    Does anyone have a solution that surely works?

  • hello... still having problems with this...

    All works fine while testing on PC or on mobile in browser...

    ...but when i create apk in cocoon it wont launch external aplication.

    Does anyone know how to do this properly?

    Solved:

    config.xml whitelist needed these entrys:

    <access origin="*"/>

    <allow-intent href="http://*/*"/>

    <allow-intent href="https://*/*"/>

    <allow-intent href="geo:*"/>

    Is it better to pay Scirra for C3 licence or to pay Cocoons service?

    Wich is the better for iOS / Android export?

    Is there any difference in running speed of compiled app?

    Are there any issues with Iphone X / iOS 11 export?

    What are your expiriences, recommendations?

    Interesting... to me it opens in browser either on iphone or android.

    Been there, seen that...

    shift or Objective-C examples are not much of help...

    best so far i got this:

    browser execute javascript | "window.open('https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=pizza', '_self', 'fullscreen=no');"

    but i get map in browser and not an actual app

    iw seen this on stack:

    window.open("geo:0,0?q=pizza" , '_system');

    but its not working... (or atleest i cant make it work)

  • Hi all...

    I have a string that consists of several parts that are delimited with unreserved symbol.

    eg. hyphen, underscore or tilde.

    Like this: xxxxxxx_yyyyyyyy_zzzzzzzzz_wwwwww_qqqqqq

    I want to get part between first and second underscore, then part between third and fourth underscore and so on...

    How can i get only certain portion at the time of this string?

  • i would say C3 is better choice.

    Only downside is that C3 does not have much custom plugins yet... but that will change in time.
