  • Thanks a lot ! It's a different approach compared to viewport I have been using until now to traditional development but I think it will solve my problem.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Variable may change but text should be updated too.

  • Hi all. Is there any way so that I can display a custom rectangular part of an image by defining the coordinates of the sub-rectangle ?

For example, suppose that I have a sprite with dimensions 100x1000 that it contains a landscape and I want to have a viewport of 100x100 where I will start displaying the original image by moving from left to right 1 pixel at a time.

    Thanks.

  • Hey guys, thanks for the replies.

  • Thanks for replying. What I wanted to know : Is there some way to see the code of what one can build but using drag 'n' drop of the components ?

  • Hi guys, I am very new with Construct but working on PC games for last years. It's a great tool as far as I have checked its features and things it can do.

I would like to ask, is there any kind of script language that Construct supports ? I mean, it's only drag 'n' drop and some typing or can I also do the same things by using some script maybe on some special environment ?

    Thanks in advance !
