Especially for point 1, i like the tile editor like RPG Maker XP / VX

And for point 3, that's really useful for VN Games or other games that used Character Dialogue. I like dialogue like Suikoden 2 in PlayStation 1 :)

Beside that, i'm read the minimum requirement for using WP8 SDK, that must using Windows 8 64bit.
