I think the recommended way is to use the C3 build tool, cordova cli or Android Studio.

Some jarsigner and keytool should not be needed

Is there any logic behind it?

Multiply

Looks at the color information in each channel and multiplies the base color by the blend color. The result color is always a darker color. Multiplying any color with black produces black. Multiplying any color with white leaves the color unchanged. When you’re painting with a color other than black or white, successive strokes with a painting tool produce progressively darker colors. The effect is similar to drawing on the image with multiple marking pens.

I asked you, on Discord, to verify which plugins you use. Since the issue is in a google library. (verify the plugins for the project, not which ones that are installed in the editor obviously)

Google Billing (IAP), Admob (Mobile Advert), Google Play, etc.. using any of those?

BG1 does not have any color in your example. so nothing to set to BG2.

just make both sprites white, in the editor. and set the color of BG1 in the properties instead, to your brown color or whatever. then BG2 will get the color from BG1

I dont have any tutorial. But it is very easy to use.

It still seems like your privacy policy are in some drive that needs a login? Have you uploaded it to a website?

You must change the links in both admob console and google play console

if you are previewing your project in the browser you use Adsense, not Admob. Adsense require Publisher info.

You can only test Admob if you install an apk

It is clearly against the rules to show ads on app close (like on app back button pressed). You risk to be permanently banned.
