Works in last XDK update. IOS, Android and Windows Phone.

Maybe your game loading time is not that long to show the bar. Keep working and try again later with more game content.

I can write a plugin for appodeal for C2 but i think the problem is the official Cordova plugin, not the C2 plugin. Seems like they don't care much about bugs.
