    Yeah, I thought so too. IIRC settings for using mode7 like that were first posted in the Next Penelope thread by Aurel a while ago.

    Thanks! Btw, just tried this on mobile stock browser. Mode7 seems to work on iOS 10.something (iPhone SE) just fine right out of the box.

    Sounds are still horrible on mobile, tho.

  • Hyperpace is a tiny endless space shooter that started as an example game for my template (Shooty Space, link in my sig), then transformed into a possible mobile game for iOS and after my iOS-license expired I kinda just forgot it. Until now.

    It uses the mode7-plugin and other than that it's (for now) just a basic shooter really. I'm not sure what to do with this (if anything) so I figured I'll just throw this out here and see if any ideas come up.

    Hi, I've been looking something like this for a while now. The demo attack-buttons do not seem to work for me, maybe you could add a few more options?

    Anyways, looking forward to release. At the right price I can see myself purchasing this from the Scirra Store.

  • I'm using the latest stable FireFox (27.0.1) and directional audio is working, just not for the first alien where there's no sound whatsoever.

    Sorry to bump a post this old, but it seems there's still some problems with this. In my project the first time directional audio is played it always results in about 1 second freeze. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

  • CocoonJS cloud compiler is down also, so the alternatives are Cocoon.io vs. the others. I've only used CocoonJS (iOS) and was satisfied with it's performance.
