Why it's not working on android or iOS?
Project exported to Cordova, added to intelXDK, besides that- added local-notification-plugin.
But it's not work on mobile platform, only in browser

you need instal base64 inject ad base64extract. then filechooser->choose file->sprite->inject_base64_string->text->settext->base64string->ajax->post base64string. = your image in base 64 string is in your db. for download->ajax->request->sprite->injectbase64string.
