New package released: Platformer Kit includes 70+ objects for creating platformers. The 3D models can't be used within Construct but the pack also includes sideview and isometric renders which can be used!

Is there a method to determining this?

Depends a bit on the asset package, some indeed have different sizes than others. This is done because pixel art is usually in 16 × 16 or 32 × 32 while vector art starts around 64 × 64. The best method is simply to open a sheet in your image editor and measuring how large a tile and/or gaps are.
