how do i record the cars movement in a racing game? so they can compete against their ghost

I did it by trials and errors, using the displayed angles on screen (in the text object).

You should try to wrap your head around the solution given to you to understand HOW they work, not just using them as you go by.

There's nothing wrong about asking help in the forum or IRC.

But I'm under the impression you're actually asking others to do your project for you.

If you don't get it, lower your expectations, and switch to a project that you may actually accomplish by yourself. It is far more rewarding, helps you better on the learning/experience side and finaly will allow you to come back later to this actual project and finish it by yourself.I'm not asking others to do my project for me!:S if I would, it wouldn't be my project. But It have happend twice in my project that I've done Something wrong and havn't found it and then asked for help. In This thread is the biggest thing I've asked for! And if I wouldn't ask for help how am I supposed to learn anything since there is almost no tutorials on YouTube!:(

In game maker you can change the mouse cursor to a sprite is there any way to do that in construct2?
