I had the same issue, sprites will be created when sprite pair in a container did not on the same layer.

Official container could create sprite-pair at editor. My container creates sprite-pair at runtime. In this case official container is powerful then my plugin.

You might use my container only if you want to manage(add/remove) sprite-pair at runtime.

BTW, this multi-players plugin is suitable only in turn-based game, not for action game.

You might choice other game engine which building game by pure code. It will be more easier for your purpose.

Update: (please download plugin at first post)

Add expression:Date2UnixTimestamp(year, month, day, hours, minutes, seconds, milliseconds) to convert date into timestamp.

Add optional second parameter into expression:Year(timestamp), expression:Month(timestamp), expression:Date(timestamp), expression:Day(timestamp), expression:Hours(timestamp), expression:Minutes(timestamp), expression:Seconds(timestamp), expression:Milliseconds(timestamp) , to convert timestamp into date.

So that user could transfer timestamp from/to date.

Uh, since the username is followed with avatar of player, so you might add a private variable "name" in sprite of player, then assign this variable when created by sync-command.

The sync-command is just like a chatting message in mini-town, the different is, you need to design the parameters for sprite creating.

Edit

Add "name" in sync-parameter like "x" or "y",

Push parameters into sync-command, then all clients will get them.
