Suggestion:

It might be better to have hotspot position setting, to top-left for example, like canvas,paster plugin.

Yes, this behavior check the position every tick, so that it will consume more CPU power.

It might help user to make a callback more easeier. It also could be used to get function call from network through Ajax or web socket.

Generally speaking, csv plugin is created for reading csv data, but it still has some methods to create a csv table -

"Expression:TableToCSV" could return a csv table, and there are some actions to change a csv table like "Action:Append a column", "Action:Append a row", "Action:Remove a column", "Action:Remove a row".
