You can notice what you've linked is a manual article from a plugin.

By default all plugins are objects you add to your project, I'm not sure it's a requisite to repeat it in the manual article for the object itself.

Try to export and update your upload to the arcade with r131.

One of the changes concerns the issue of focus you're talking about, have a try and see if it is better.

ram1024: Be aware some players are not attracted at all towards multiplayer games, so in the end it only depends of your target audience.
As for the question "is multiplayer possible" yes it is, though at the moment real time is not really technically doable and it requires you to code the server side out of Construct2.

Are you sure you have exported using the "Scirra arcade" option ?

Or did the reverting to google font fixed the issue ?
