Rely on the audio tags.

"On start of layout" make sure the audio tag isn't already playing. If it isn't, then play the audio file tagging it with the correct name so that the "tag test" stays relevant through the project.

You're missing some condition on your event 22.

Either "system: Every X second", either something else (like a Timer behavior condition).

Well, the html file needs to be served by an online server to be displayed inside a browser.

The Browser plugin is possibly not the best solution, you might have to check for the third part plugin "HTML pack" so that you can display the content of the file in your application.

And even though, it might possibly not be displayed correctly, according to the specificities of the webpage. So in the end you might be forced to load from a web server anyway.
