What happens if you click on the 'Game' Layout in the top right 'Project' pane?

BTW just uploading the .caproj is no good as it doesn't contain the whole project.

You will need to 'Save As' and select single project .capx.

Do you have issues with all projects, even the built-in examples/templates?

If it's just this one particular project, then it would be quicker to upload it for us to check.

Have you tried 'File/Preferences/Reset dialogs'?

If still no good, you may need to show us a screenshot of the problem because it is difficult to visualize what the issue is otherwise.

BTW the license has no effect on the program other than allowing/unlocking features.

Also what version of C2 are you using?

In that case, better we lock this thread now - no more need for comments.

I'm really new to this and I have no clue how to 'run' my layout or preview it. When i press the "run layout" button I get this error message:

You are attempting to run the separate NWjs viewer, which must be installed separately. It can be downloaded from HERE.

You can also just change the 'Preview Browser' Project property to default, and let it preview in your default browser.

Hi guys, i think that problem is not with cocoon, or its not only with cocoon. Maybe can be something with construct 2 too.

I make some test with this link

If you open this game made with latest version with construct in a browser with android and toch on the black sprite you will be redirected to external link without problems

If you open the same link in safari in a IOS device and touch in the black sprite nothing happens.

Additional information : If you open this link in Google Chrome using an IOS device external links works. I think that is some protection from IOS with safari

A .capx is not optional, as the Bug Reporting Requirements stipulate.

You should be able to recreate in a small .capx and provide exact steps, which would then enable Ashley to get to the problem much quicker.

Otherwise, it's likely this report will be closed automatically by Ashley.

It's not possible to recreate a .capx from an exported project, for obvious (anti-piracy) reasons.

You should hopefully have set your autosave and auto backup options. Look in the same folder as the broken project for .autosave and .backup files. If there, just change the last part (suffix) to .capx and you should then be able to open it in C2.
