It sounds like a windows maybe 'off screen'.

Have you tried 'File/Prefs/Reset dialogs'?

It's not possible to import html into C2 and map the html code to the event system that C2 uses.

You can obviously reuse all sound and GFX from your previous project but you would need to recreate the code using C2's event system.

In the mean time, please double check your spam folder in case the redeem code has gone to spam, and if possible, check with Paypal to ensure your transaction went through.

I've just purchased Construct 2 and I was wondering if you could please line up the text inputs in the grid size section of the View tab? Although this might seem like a slight change it will in my opinion give a better aesthetic.

It's considered acceptable to bump your own thread after 24 hours if no response has been forthcoming.

You see, I figured out how to get my player to animate while running in my endless runner game.

However, when I test the game, every couple of clicks or so my player doesn't jump(at least not right away).

I have to click repeatedly to make it jump.Unfortunately, usually by then my player would have already smashed

into an obstacle.I provided a link that includes my events that are responsible for the player's animations and other behaviors.

Your link is a link to your local file on your system. You would need to upload the picture to an external hosting site such as Dropbox and provide the link from the host.

In the meantime, ensure you have all the Origin points and Collision polygons (both found in the Image editor) for all frames of your animation are the same.

When you select the Layout, there is a property in the Layout Propertiy window on the left that says 'Event Sheet'.
