Hehe, thanks guys Just wanna throw in a mention for Rich and Davo (and to a lesser extent Chris) as well - historically they've contributed a lot of the code that forms the basis of Construct - so they deserve credit too. Remember, all the way before Construct 0.8, there were about 14 public betas before that too, and then all the nonpublic development!

You don't know how happy that makes me feel to come in on the tail end of this... I said earlier that I'm patient... but I don't think I could handle the excitement for that long!

Now I'm waiting on Paypal to unlock some funds from Ebay because I had a seller neg on my purchase for some reason... I think he tried to scam me or something so Paypal is holding my friggin money until it's sorted out. Once they figure out what's going on then I'll donate it to Scirra instead ($80AUD from memory)

May as well post these here as well...

Most of them are done using a Wacom Intuos 2 (which I've had for about 7 years now... going to upgrade to an Intuos 3 soon hopefully). Some others were done while I was bored at work using a mouse... You will most likely be able to tell which is which. There's also one I did at a friends work using a permenant marker, then took a picture of it with my phone... oh, and some stuff I did in zbrush.

I can't quite put my finger on it, but there's something really cool about your sprite work... it looks almost like a high school painting or something like that. I really like it! Too bad I have my own project I am working on right now, because this game looks like it would be super fun to work on!

I operate a computer retail/repair store in a major shopping centre in Adelaide Australia.

Married for 4+ years, and have a lovely 2 year old daughter.

I enjoy digital and traditional art mediums, and consider myself an experienced "anime" artist among other subject medium.

My other hobbies include gaming, making games, anything to do with games really... I also regulary spend time with my wife and daughter at the beach or going out to see friends etc. Tonight we plan on having an "imaginary tea party" and then watching movies!

This is a weird one.

I load all my graphics as anti-aliased PNG files, and when I click to change the position of hotspots, with each click it degrades the image (mostly the edges) more and more! at first I didn't realize why my sprites were getting jaggy, but I think I found the culprit.

Note that this only happen if you switch frames using the timeline on the bottom of the picture editor.

Did anyone else notice this?

Can't say that I have personally... I will have to try and check it out later today once my casual gets here... I'm feeling sick today so I might go hide out in the repair shop and jump on Construct for a little while and try to confirm this.
