If so, looks like the post was edited - I decided to not issue notifications on posts that edit them in to help prevent spam.
Have spotted this as well, it seems to be a caching issue between both web servers which is a little tricky to find the cause of. I think it requires some refactoring.
If you press F12, clear Javascript console, clear Network, then mouse over the bell does it show any errors in either tab?
Sorry for delay on this, they've all been re-vamped. Following someone does nothing for now, but will be adding in extra notifications for when someone you follow does something (EG upload new game, post tutorial, upload new asset in store etc)
