  • Right, you mean the preview has to start immediately or very soon the video is played? Acutally, the result preview is in the introduction itself. It starts at 00:20 secs.

  • I tired the debug APK from the Construct's Kiwi game, I get the same error. Maybe it could be an issue from my side? I'm not sure but any help would be appreciated.

    I'm getting this report for Android debug APK, I'm not sure if I did anything wrong. I exported the built to test it on my Android device then I noticed it stuck in the splash screen. So, I tired Chrome inspect to see the report, this is what I found

    The game doesn't have any scripts.

    Can anyone help me fix this issue?

    I have developed an online multiplayer game, it works well on the Scirra Arcade, itch.io, Android devices and on other game markets but there is an issue if I host it on my client's website. I'm getting following errors

    I'm not sure whether I will have to setup configure on my client's website. This is the first time I have seen this issue.

    I'm developing a game for iPhone and iPad device. I have noticed an issue with the audio. It takes a moment like little gap to play the audio. However, this not present on Android and Web versions.

    I have tested on Safari on Macbook, where I see the issue, and also on Chrome browser on Macbook, where I don't see the issue.

    Anyone has any idea on what might be the reason and how to fix it?

    I'm developing a game for iPhone and iPad devices. I have noticed an issue with auto playing a video. The video does not play until the user touches the screen. I have noticed this issue on iPhone 11 Pro, however, this bug is not present on iPad Pro 12.9" 2nd Generation and the iPhone SE 1st Generation.

    Any idea what might be the reason and how to fix it?

  • Artpunk Thanks alot for your response. You are right I'm using Sandbox probably that is why I can't repurchase the IAPs for testing. I will try to add additional Sandbox accounts like you suggested.

    How do I reset iOS IAPs (non-consumable) for testing purposes? I'm building a game for iOS, I have purchased all IAPs for testing purposes but I can't reset them to test them again.

    Is there a way to reset them so that I can test them?

  • Hi,

    I'm developing a game for my client. The game is browser based but loads in an Android app. So, once the game is over or if the user taps on 'X', the browser should be closed and the user will be redirected to the app. In order to achieve this I have used Browser->close function but it didn't work, so I created a script function Android.End(runtime), it didn't work either.

    Any suggestions on how to achieve this?
