How to i set for ball angle will from A to B or C to D??

(Example:ball-set angle to random((A,B)||(C,D))degrees-i meant)

Now i have a game, and i export it to plaform:HTML 5 website.But when i open it by Internet Explorer and Google Chrome,I can not see the game(can see inn Fire fox).So how to do to play my game in other browsers(now can see only in firefox)

Thank all of you,but even if the racket orbit hand that hold it,it is fast to rotate.However,we can not say that means:"we hit the ball".

So how I can decrease the speed of this rotate,to look like "we hit ball"?Or we can use other method to do that?
