Greetings Folks! I'm glad you're here.
I'm known by my internet friends as "PBMCube" -- Stephen Gose in the real world. I've been creating games and simulations since the '80s, and PBMCube.com has been online since 1990. Obviously, I am passionate about games and their development. Connect with me on LinkedIn.
This is an "index" of all my published, updated, and "Coming Soon" tutorials, games, books, recipes, guides, templates, add-ons (both .c2addons and .c3addons), workshops, and courses in Construct2 (capx-examples) and Construct 3 (c3p-examples). Yes, I still include C2 for various reasons. I'll show you "what" and "why" along with various optional enhancements in the game design throughout my articles. Please let me know if you'd like a specific topic(s), for example: missing download files, or "software glitches". I truly appreciate your help. OR, if you've created something that others might find useful, let me know that too! It would be my honor to list your work here.
I've taught networking & software engineering at the secondary and college level since 2002. I've published many "workshop guides" along the way.
Construct is for the "absolute beginners" in computer programming and logic (i.e.: primary/elementary school ages: 6 to 13, secondary students ages: 14 to 18) or adults who are new to programming "Code-less Event Systems" in any gaming framework.
You may find that I get a little too "advanced", and I need your help to "rein me in" so tell me whenever that happens!
