Lastly, let's look at how we manage the "Victory Conditions". As I said before, several conditions stop the duel.

If the gamer runs out of cash, the duel stops, the "window pane" disappears, and a winner is declared by scored hits. If both combatants have the same amount of hits, then no one wins this duel.

Look closely at the rewards. I simply take the remaining coins and add that to both combatants' registration fees (100 x 2). Hopefully, this should motivate the gamer to end the duel quickly to earn more coins.

Rest In Pieces;)

Duels can become a "Bloody Affair", with chunks of body parts hacked away. The other conditions to stop a duel is whenever the combatants' hit points go below the requested "Intensity". This is similar to the "bankruptcy" evaluation above, but we're using "hits points" instead of coins. Since "To the Death" is similar to the other two intensities, we'll only review that. Of course, you adjust the combat intensities to your gaming rules.

Conclusion

There you are! 29 Events creates a simplified Click Fest IGM. You should consider replacing the artwork with a different theme once you have a license to do so. For example, I use this "Click Fest" game mechanics as a dueling system in dungeon and wilderness adventures. (Hint, Hint!)

If you decide to purchase this from the Construct Asset Store, you'll have all its artwork, a Developer's Guide, permission to use it in one or more projects, and more detailed development information on its construction and integration with external CSS files and parent RPGs (a PHP script is supplied for client/server deployment).
