I'm still experimenting with these mechanics

Instructions

Press a direction twice to run

On Keyboard:

Arrow Keys or WASD: Move

C, J or Ctrl: Run

X, K or Space: Jump

Z, L or Shift: Crouch

Tab[/tab]: Look

On Gamepad:

D-Pad or Left analog stick: Move

A: Jump

RT: Crouch

X: Run

Right analog stick: Look
