This is a passion project which took a very long to make. The content of this game is the product of now 2 years of hard work and experience with Construct 3. This is the first project I am truly proud of and it is why I started teaching myself game development in the first place. I hope you enjoy it!

Instructions

Keyboard:

A+D to move

W to jump

[space] to dash

S to enter downward-facing pipe

E to open map

left click to shoot

right click to open chests and pickup items

Controller(I have only tested with an Xbox controller):

Left joystick to move

Left trigger to jump

Right trigger to dash

Left joystick down to enter downward-facing pipe

left bumper button to open map

Right joystick to shoot

A button to open chest and pickup item

  • I found yet another bug. basically, the game will register when it is picked up and on the map screen, it says you have it but it has no effect. This seems to apply to multiple items such as spirit spear, ghost bottle, ice orbital, rock orbital, book of stones, and rusty nail. ex I get 2 spears and it would work like you think there are now 2 spears flying around but when I go to a new area the second one disappears, this also happens with any orbials. this bug really sucks cause some of these can show up and when you take them in the void loot thing you don't even get the benefit of having it for the rest of the zone.

    TLDR: game does not like duplicates of certain items(sorry it is so long)
