Please use the keyboard for desktop, here are the buttons [z] for Jump
[M] for Fire And for mobile just touch the screen.
My keyboard is fine but when I try to jump with the button [z] it won't work, same with the other button [m]. I hope you will do an update on this game and try to fix that.
