APEIROGON is a 2D action platformer game. Fall into numerous pits, that get deeper as you go, defeat rock-eating monsters, and use the power of polygons to protect yourself. Jump from platform to platform, defeating monsters with your bare power-ups. Is is worth it? Find out!
NOTICE: The Sword ability is only available in the third level.
Gameplay-wise, the game is divided between pits and platforms. In the pits, you have a set of living power-ups. These power-ups are to be killed by releasing shockwaves (with left click), and when you kill them, you can press M to release power, which either heal or protect you, or damage monsters.
Once you defeat enough, you can continue falling until you reach a platforming section or another battle section. In platform sections, each platform is alive, and you wake them up by stepping on them. You can jump on platforms for them to move to where you're facing. There's also lava which you cannot touch.
Play as Rahagon, a normal polygon in the same two dimensional polygonal world, with a boring life, and boring tasks. Rahagon hears about the Apeirogon, an infinitely-sided shape, that allows for all possibilities, in all ways. Plunge into an intricate set of caves, with pits and tunnels, to lead yourself to the Apeirogon. Put yourself in danger, through the tiring task of falling down "boring" pits that never seem to end.
