    It is highly likely that this post will be closed as you follow none of the Bug Reporting Requirements.

    Ashley specifically says that a full project is of no use as there is no guarantee that it isn't a conflict in your Events.

    If there was a bug, I'm sure we would have had many more reports about it.

    Please consider trying to replicate in a new .capx.

  • As is stated in the manual, all Form elements - Text, TextBox, Slider etc - are not part of the Canvas and are rendered above it, so it's unlikely Canvas or Poster will be of use.

  • Not a lot anyone can do to help just from a screenshot, unfortunately.

    Are you are using non-standard plugins? If so, move them out of the C2 folder, start a new project, save and close, add one of the plugins to C2. Load project and add plugins. Continue until error occurs, which will show you the problematic plugin.

    If you are not using any non-standard plugins, then quickest way to resolve would be to post a link to a .capx and let us test it for you.

    Also, what version of C2 are you using? Have you tried latest beta?

    What browsers have you tested on?

  • Problem Description

    Using the 'System - Save Game to slot' Action causes the following Javascript error:

    Unlike previous 'Storage' errors, acknowledging the Javascript error by clicking OK does not allow the game to continue.

    This is just the standard Platformer template but with the 'System Save' Action added.

    Steps to Reproduce Bug

      Load .capx in FF 43.04 or newer Go to Options/Privacy/ 'History' change Firefox dropdown to 'Use custom settings for history' remove tick from 'Accept cookies from sites' run preview - javascript error Put tick back in the 'Accept cookies from sites' Privacy option run preview - no javascript error

    You can also remove error by disabling Event 2 in the .capx.

    Observed Result

    Javascript error:

    Expected Result

    No error.

  • Not exactly clear in what you want to do.

    In the properties of the Tilemap Object (left side of window) is the 'Image/Edit' option that you can use to load a new image for the Tilemap.

    Use the Tilemap option 'Import TMX' if that's what you are after.

  • I was looking for some thing in a tutorial but I din't found it and I finally had to resolve alone my problem. So I was interested in make a tutorial, but when I try it sent me to the first page. I don't know if it is because I'm new, so I report if is not only my problem.

    The ability to write a tutorial is temporarily disabled whilst Scirra ( Tom ) modify the automatic SPAM filters. The section was getting hit badly by SPAM.

    Hopefully the facility will be back soon.

    I think, rather than hijacking this thread (which is really about plugin development) it might be best if you now start a new post in the 'How Do I' section and frame a clear question of what you are trying to achieve.

    This will allow many of the helpful users to chip in and hopefully guide you to where you want to be.
